Fix incorrect "Advanced Security" section reference in account settings docs - #45337

The article states:

Under "Advanced Security", to the right of the feature, click Disable all or Enable all.

However, there is no Advanced Security section on the code security page. The Disable all/Enable all controls are located under the Repositories section instead. The documentation should be updated to reflect the current UI.

Updates the documentation to match the current GitHub UI for managing security and analysis features.
